HOLTER MONITOR STUDY INTERPRETATION
INTERPRETATION:
1. Sinus rhythm was present throughout
the recording period with heart rates ranging from 65 and 118 beats per minute and averaging 87 beats per minute. There was
a moderate intermittent sinus arrhythmia. The longest RR interval was 1.0 seconds.
2. No ventricular dysrhythmia was noted.
3. A single isolated premature supraventricular
contraction was seen, but there were no episodes of supraventricular tachycardia or atrial fibrillation.
4. No evidence of high-grade SA or AV node conduction block.
5. The patient did
not report any symptoms during the recording.
